RiviAir – une équipe exceptionnelle ! Ben et son équipe sont au top ! Nous avons fait installer une climatisation pour la première fois dans notre appartement, et tout s’est déroulé sans le moindre souci, de la première idée à l’installation finale. Tout est arrivé à l’heure, installé proprement et a parfaitement fonctionné dès le départ. J'ai commencé par ne confier que des petites tâches à Ben et Rivi, comme l’ajustement des robinets dans la cuisine, des fuites, maintenance/déblocage dans la sdb etc etc pendant un certain temps, et suis resté impressionné par son professionnalisme et disponibilité. Donc quand j'ai refait totalement la sdb, c'était pour lui. Travail quasi-parfait, et suivi rapide pour compléter le dernier 1%. Je le compare favorablement aux autres intervenants ici qui semblent incapables de faire un travail d'A-

Ben and his team installed an additional air conditioning unit in our holiday apartment in Nice. Great service from RiviAir when my aircon started making strange noises. The problem was diagnosed as a faulty condensation pump at first visit, and the pump was then replaced at a second visit, combined with an overdue service of the whole system. Ben gave me a clear explanation of the work required, which was carried out very efficiently in my absence. Everything was left clean and tidy. Happy to recommend.

RiviAir, Ben and his team, have done our entire house renovation installing new up and downstream pipes everywhere, new water heaters and softeners, new aircon systems, fitted 5 bathrooms annd much more. They did an amazing job, reliable and responsive. Very importantly, they offer a great after sale service, making adjustments and resolving any challenges. Ben and his team are there when you need them, arriving promptly, working efficiently and with a positive attitude.
